The 2017 CODE Conference is Almost Here!

From October 13-15, 2017, The Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville, Ontario will become home to drama and dance educators, artists and supporters.  This year's conference theme is 'Claiming Our Voices', and will provide delegates with a number of inspirational, informative and engaging workshops that will leave educators with a number of tools to bring back to their classrooms.  Whether you're new to Arts Education or a vet, read on to see how to register for 'Claiming Our Voices'.

For artists and educators new to teaching drama and dance, the conference weekend provides an unintimidating, fun and creative way to develop ideas and skills for the drama and dance class.  The workshops are always incredible, and the fun that is had as delegates connect with one another over social events and dinner is the icing on the cake.  For anyone new or interested in the facilitation of drama and dance in the classroom, this conference is one not to be missed!

For the veteran Arts Educators, we can't wait to continue developing our craft with you and catching up over this year's conference!  It is always exciting to have so many artistic minds in one space who understand the power of the Arts.

CODE has been a leader in developing effective arts education for 47 years, and we're excited to meet this year's first time attendees and catch up with the Conference faithful!  Head over to codeconferences.ca to register for the conference and sign up for your workshops.

See you at Deerhurst!
