Web banner that reads "CODE REGIONS"
Three green arrows composed of dots point to the title that reads "CODE Regions" in black text in the centre. The eggshell white background is dotted with circles in various shades of CODE's signature colours (blue and green). A white circle to the right of the title includes CODE's square logo featuring two figures in the shape of a lowercase D to represent engaging in drama and dance.

CODE is a PROVINCIAL organization. The regions include public, Catholic, private and independent schools as well as pre-service universities. CODE is responsible to all regions and actively seeks to expand the membership of active and retired educators, pre-service teacher candidates, administrators, consultants, schools, professional artists, community artists, and arts organizations in all regions.

A member’s place of employment, Faculty of Education, reserve or residence determines the membership region to which they belong.
